arianne is fascinated by the healing language of our body/mind.

our ultimate communication source for spatial poetry, and yet the best thermometer of the self.her classes are best described as luscious, caring yin with a hint of free flow in her more dynamic sessions.

reconnecting with the self, rediscovering, constantly inquiring, breathing through the moment that is now, are recurring aspects that define her style, on and off the mat. arianne is a seasoned yoga teacher and yoga therapist, who has worked with many people of different ages and abilities. besides her work as a yogateacher, arianne also creates and teaches dance and related events, for very diverse groups and locations. during her travels she has encountered many wonderful teachers, with many different backgrounds in yoga, tcm and bodywork, that have touched her practice and teaching as it is today. much gratitude goes out to them.

Yolanda Marty started her career in performing, creating and teaching dance. Finding peace and happiness in her daily demanding dance life, was her drive to start practicing yoga in 2001.

In 2009 she deepened her practice by attending the 4 year hatha yoga teacher training at Saswitha Education for Yoga & Philosophy.  She specialized in Yoga for Target groups and received certificates in Ayurvedic Massage, Breath Therapy, Pranayama, Anatomy & Physiology.

Currently she specialized in Yoga Nidra at the Total Yoga Nidra Facilitor Training in London. Due to her curiosity in the relationship between and yoga and creativity, she did research and a case study in Yoga Nidra as a conduit to creativity.

It is her aim and privilege to help you on your path on finding inner peace in the fluctuations of life and to connect to the source of creativity to manifest anything your heart wishes!

Bianca is a dedicated Yoga and Pilates teacher and massage therapist inspired by the forces of (your) nature, adapting, transforming in all it’s forms. In her philosophy yoga is not only about creating strength, flexibility, balance and focus, it’s also a path to awareness, acceptance and unity. For her the essence of teaching is connecting with the group, balancing the energy and creating space to explore yoga beyond asana.

Hedi loves the breath, flow, grace and strength that is at the core of all styles of yoga practice and she allows herself to be inspired by a variety of traditions. Her first yogi steps were taken in the heat and humidity of Bikram yoga and since then she has found many lessons and wisdom in Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Yin yoga practices.

The more she practices, the more her life improves. In 2015 her inspirational memoir Just Breathe (Blijven ademhalen, order from bol.com), on the many life lessons she found in yoga, was published. Hello Ego, a second memoir this time on meditation, is due for publication later this year. In her classes Hedi’s goal is to share the healing powers of yoga that go beyond the postures and the beautiful gifts yoga has given her.

Hedi teaches yin and vinyasa yoga as well as meditation.
